Non-Discriminating Policy

 

The Board acknowledges and strictly observes the Non-Discriminating policy in the state of Florida.

Title VI  of the Civil Rights Act of 1964- Prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion or national origin.  Florida Educational Equity Act (FEEA) prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, gender, origin, marital status, or handicap against a student or employee.
